RICARDO ACOSTA NASSAR 
(Costa Rica, 1957). He graduated as Mechanical Engineer (1981) and Electrical Engineer (1983) at the University of Costa Rica. He worked as a university professor at the University of Costa Rica and at the Central American Autonomous University. Theology Professor from the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (Rome). He published his professor thesis: “La inculturación en los trabajos de las Conferencias Generales del Episcopado Latinoamericano en Puebla” (1979) y en Santo Domingo (1992) (Inculturation in the works of the General Conferences from the Latin American Episcopate in Puebla (1979) and in St. Domingo (1992). He has specialized in themes related with inculturation of faith in Latin America. He ordained as a priest in Rome (2001) and since then he works as a chaplain in several apostolic works of the Opus Dei Prelature in Costa Rican and Guatemala.
